IMAGINEradiology™ offers a variety of support levels ranging from basic application support (including updates, upgrades and system maintenance) to 24/7 system monitoring with load balancing and finally complete disaster recovery and business continuity planning reaching far beyond the Imagine system.


Regardless of support plan and type, IMAGINEradiology™ provides its clients with a web based helpdesk (IT – Assistant: www.it-assitant.com – created, owned, and operated by IMAGINEradiology™, US based resources) throughout the project and in support mode. Depending on the severity of the issue or the urgency of the request, response times and escalation levels vary from 15 Minutes to 24 hours. Additionally, phone support is available from 8 – 24 hours/day. A white paper (40 pages) is available upon request.
